Processing
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Orders placed after 4pm EST, on weekends, or on holidays will not begin processing until the next business day. For example, if your order is placed Friday at 4:30pm, it will be considered as received on the upcoming Monday.
Shipping
Items are shipped out after processing time.
- USA orders
- Economy (5-8 business days): $7.99
- Standard (3-4 business days): $9.99
- Express (1-2 business days): $15.99
- International orders
- Standard (5-18 business days): $19.99
All e-books are instant downloads and are also sent out instantly via email. Please ensure that your name and email address are correct. Should you realize that you have provided a misspelled or incorrect name or email, or ordered a duplicate copy, please contact info@beonesthetics.com promptly.
Refunds/Returns
All sales are final on digital products and trainings. Returns and refunds cannot be accepted.
If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, please contact info@beonesthetics.com with your order number within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a solution. Refunds or replacements can only be processed for orders with proof of visible defects or inability to be used. Refunds will not be processed for items damaged in shipment. Please see Items Damaged, Lost, or Stolen in Shipment Policy.
Cancelling Items
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email info@beonesthetics.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been processed cannot be cancelled.
Items Damaged, Lost, or Stolen in Shipment
All items are sent out in perfect condition. The option to add Route insurance to your order is available prior to and at checkout. If you added insurance to your order, you must file a claim with the carrier for any concerns or damages to receive compensation for the damages. It is out of our control once the order has been handed off to shipping couriers such as USPS, UPS, or DHL.
Beon Esthetics LLC is not responsible for any shipment issues such as an invalid or incorrect shipping address, lost/damaged packages, and/or import/custom fees after the order has processed/shipped. Should an order be returned back to Beon Esthetics LLC due to an an invalid shipping address, the customer will receive an invoice via email to cover the cost of a new shipping label with the correct address.
Discount Codes/ Disclaimer
Discount codes cannot be applied after an order is placed. Orders cannot be cancelled due to misuse of a discount codes.
Sale Items
All products purchased during a promotional or sale period are ineligible for returns/refunds.
Resale
RESALE PROHIBITED. You are not permitted to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the product(s), use of the product(s), or access to the product(s). Your purchase(s) are intended for the use of your business and may not be transferred, sold, loaned or leased to anyone else. Permission is granted to print in regards to you or your company business provided you do not modify the default materials and that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the materials.
