PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POLICIES

Refills are recommended 2-3 weeks after a full set or the last fill. Two week fills require 50% lash extensions remaining, while 3 week fills require 40% remaining. Anything over 21 calendar days from the previous appointment or anything less than the respective percentages will be considered a full set.

BEFORE YOUR LASH APPOINTMENT

• Avoid any Oils, butters, lotions and moisturizers on the face

• Avoid caffeinated beverages, stimulants, and drinking too many liquids

• Remove all makeup, wear comfy clothes, and avoid low buns & ponytails

• Please make sure to silence or turn off your phone

• If you have a previous set that was not done by me, please be sure to add on "Removal" to your appointment.

IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, THE CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE REMAINING BALANCE.

DEPOSITS + PAYMENTS

A nonrefundable $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit goes towards your appointment and the remaining balance wil lbe due at the end of the service. Cash and card are both accepted final forms of payment. Please note a 3% card processing fee

LATE POLICY

Please communicate if you are running late. If you are 15 minutes late, you are responsible for paying a $15 late fee. If you are 20 minutes or more late, you will have to forfeit your deposit and schedule a new appointment. Please note that if you arrive late, your appointment may end later.

RESCHEDULING + CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment, with the deposit transferable within 60 days of original appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge to card on file on the remaining balance.
